Kissy Curls only stocks hair treats that I would happily have my gorgeous daughter Lily wear. I pride myself on sourcing quality items for your precious daughters too ♥
I do not claim to make all of the hair treats; I wish I were that multi-talented & had that much time! ♥
Mostly I create "one-off" hair treats, as I really love to create! This way you can enjoy knowing that your hair treat is unique too :) Every hair treat is photographed directly from the item (or item range) you will receive.

AUSTRALIAN POSTAGE DETAILS (MARCH 2013)
Yes, I will happily combine postage for you :) I will always try to get you the lowest priced postage combination for you, without compromising the care of your treats :)
$2-$3 approx - hair treats that will fit in a flat packed envelope or mailer. Eg; 1-3 hair clip sets (depending on embellishments). This service is not trackable.
$7.50-$8.50 - larger orders up to 500g & items requiring extra TLC. Eg: multiple hair clip sets, thicker style winter beanie, or beanies with wider / fragile embellishments, a rigid headband with large embellishments, multiple beanies, or an order of beanies/headbands/clips together. This service is trackable.
Although all care will be taken whilst posting your hair treats, Kissy Curls is not responsible for the loss at the hands of Australia Post of parcels. For Eastern states customers, please bear in mind I am on the West Coast of Australia & your parcel is probably just still in transit :) ♥
You are welcome to request registered mail (at your cost) if you wish to.

CUSTOM ORDER DEPOSITS:
Due to the nature of custom orders, I ask that you kindly pay a predetermined amount towards your custom order prior to their creation. This is usually around 50% of the total cost I will work closely with you to ensure you are notified every step of the way, & please feel free to ask as many questions as you like! :)
Although I have not had this occur before, deposits for custom orders are non-refundable, as I have often had to especially source beautiful supplies in just for your special creation.
